Job description:

Create, implement, and continue to optimize the sales strategy for GoDoChurch.
Manage a growing team of international sales reps, across various time-zones, some of whom work remotely, others on the road.
Oversee the training of all sales staff.
Scale your sales team as the company grows (this includes interviewing candidates).
Implement detailed reporting tools on every aspect of the sales process.
This is a management position, so you will be on the management team, reporting to the CEO.
Represent the sales team in management meetings, and work alongside the rest of the team to see your vision for sales implemented effectively.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

Minimum of two years experience as a sales manager. Ideally you have experience in building a sales strategy for software companies that engage in both telephone sales, as well as online sales.
You are a strong strategic thinker, and you have the skills to implement your strategy.
You are a natural leader, with excellent communication skills.
You have an excellent grasp of what it takes to sell cloud-based software to organisations.
You are very tech savvy, and pick up online tech quickly. You can easily learn the latest cloud-based sales CRM tools, and would be comfortable overseeing the implementation of these tools, as well as their integration with other aspects of the company.
You are passionate about our mission and committed to work with the rest of the team to see it fulfilled.
You are happy to work for a company that supports Christian ministry, irrespective of your personal beliefs.
Ideally, you understand how churches work, having either been in ministry or part of a church community for some time (though this is not a requirement).
You are innovative, creative, and, most importantly, have the grit and perseverance to push through until we achieve the success for which we are destined.
